Uxbridge care home Residents take part in some crafting funResidents at HC-One’s Cedar House care home in Uxbridge kicked off June with a arts and crafts afternoon.

Cedar House Residents love to participate in the various arts and craft activities at the home, from painting, making cards, decorating china ornaments and butterflies for their rooms, to outdoor crafts like planting and making bird feeders. Residents even have a weekly craft club to look forward to.

On 1st June, Residents at Cedar House painted some lovely summer time pieces of artwork, to put up around the home. From rainbows, to rolling green hills, Residents really got creative with their paintings.

Cedar House wellbeing coordinator Samantha said: “I love nothing more than seeing the smiles on the Residents faces with their creations.”

Located in the beautiful village of Harefield in Middlesex, Cedar House is a friendly, purpose-built care home with 42 beds, offering nursing and nursing dementia care.
