Residents at HC-One’s Kinnaird Manor care home in Falkirk are staying fit and healthy with the help of virtual exercise classes hosted by Burns Gym.
Every Thursday Residents at Kinnaird Manor and other HC-One care homes in Scotland participate in virtual exercise classes hosted by Burns Gym. The classes are very interactive and suitable to all abilities, with some team members getting involved with the sessions.
Residents enjoy their classes and some even say it is their highlight of the week, with one Resident commenting: “The music is great and I feel like I can take part in what feels comfortable to me.”
Kinnaird Manor Home Manager, Donna Stewart said: “It’s great to see our Residents keeping fit, exercise has such a positive impact on our physical and emotional wellbeing.”
