It was an exciting moment for everyone at HC-One’s Drummohr care home in Wallyford, Musselburgh when Scotland qualified for the UEFA European Football Championship for the first time twenty-three years.
In anticipation for the coming festivities, the team at Drummohr decorated the home with Scottish flags and Residents came together to watch the match. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments were served alongside nibbles throughout, Residents enjoyed cheering for the home team and singing traditional Scottish songs.
Drummohr Home Manager, Mirelle Fyvie said: “We are all hoping that Scotland will bring the trophy home this year, the atmosphere here at Drummohr is wonderful.”
