Westbury care home celebrates successResidents and Colleagues at The Westbury care home were celebrating as they recently received their Good outcome from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The team at The Westbury were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for residents, demonstrating that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.

The inspectors were full of praise for colleagues The Westbury, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for residents at the home. This sentiment was echoed by residents, who made remarks such as "all the staff are terrific" and "they’d do anything for you”.

In celebration of the wonderful result, the home hosted a party for Residents and Relatives as they placed their banner proudly outside of the home.

The Westbury Care Home Manager, Neil Hardy said: “We are extremely pleased with this outcome and I am very proud that each member of our team displays such kind care and hard work each day.”
