Wigston Residents popcorn and movie dayResidents at Cedar Court care home, in Wigston, decided to watch a horror movie accompanied by fellow Residents and, of course, popcorn!

The Residents expressed that they did not want to see anymore Christmas based films and they all decided they wished to watch ‘Halloween’.

They all sat together, shared popcorn, and were completely happy. They now have planned an afternoon of the ‘50 shades of Grey’ trilogy…their choice!

Shirley Mee, who lives at Cedar Court, remarked, “I absolutely loved it and I was able to scare the staff that night!”

Louise McQuone, Home Manager, remarked, “I was a little apprehensive at their choice of film but when I observed them all huddled together in front of the fire place and sharing their popcorn it actually melted my heart.”
