Wigston care home host arts and crafts activitiesResidents at HC One’s Magna care home enjoyed a range of fun arts and craft activities today.

Residents spent their time decorating love hearts to put up in the homes very own art gallery, situated in the reception area of the Wigston home.

Two of the Residents, Batty Markham and Pat Hanney, really enjoyed colouring in their shapes and adding little messages of ‘stay safe, smile and be happy’ in the centre of them. They were both very proud of their accomplishment.

Both Residents are very much looking forward to the end of lockdown so that they can give their hearts to their family members in person rather than by post.

Both Residents really enjoy arts and craft activities as it helps to keep their minds occupied and love seeing the end results of their creations.

The Residents commented “we have had a lovely time making the hearts.”
