Residents at Worsley Lodge care home in Worsley, Manchester, enjoyed an afternoon of entertaining exercise activities with local organisation, Shiny Stars.
Joe from Shiny Stars visits the home on a weekly basis to hold an exercise class for Residents, which aims to enhance wellbeing and increase mobility for those living at Worsley Lodge.
The class involves Residents stretching using fitness bands, while Joe’s music and positive personality puts a fun twist on the class.
Residents look forward to the class each week, with many commenting on how great their fitness regime has become since taking part in Joe’s sessions.
