Residents came together at HC-One’s Warrens Hall care home as they enjoyed a sing-along to celebrate the Queen’s birthday together.
A high tea menu was served which included a selection of scones with jam and cream, some sandwiches and a variety of cold refreshments for all to enjoy.
Reminiscence was had by the Residents as they looked through a selection of photographs from when Queen Elizabeth was first crowned as Queen, as well as some photographs of her celebrating her 95th birthday today.
Residents spoke to Colleagues of the memories they had of the parties held during the Queen’s coronation and where they were in their lives.
One Resident remarked: “It’s wonderful to be together celebrating our Queen and remembering all the amazing things she has done for our country.”
