A special Christmas for Walton-on-Thames care home ResidentsThis year has been very different for care home Residents at Surrey’s Adelaide House, but it certainly didn’t stop the fun!

The decorations at the home have been admired by all and Residents helped to decorate and tell Colleagues where would be the best place for them to go. “They loved being in charge of what decorations and where we should put them,” explained one of the carers.

Colleagues held their own carol service for Residents and although wasn't as perfect as the pros, everyone who attended including Ronald, Patrick, Peggy, Sheila and Eileen, had a swell time.

On the 16th December, the home had their first family visit for Resident, Barbara and her daughter Nikki. One of the home’s Colleagues said, “It was a very emotional moment for them both as well as all Colleagues.”
