Resident at Woodford House care home, in The Old Vic has opened it's doors for a virtual performance of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol starring Andrew Lincoln!
The Residents were able to sit in the comfort of the home and still experience the theatre. One of the care Colleagues explained, “Our Residents enjoyed chocolates and tea while watching Ebenezer Scrooge transform to kinder man after visits from the ghosts of Christmas past, present and yet to come!”
Doreen, who is a Resident at Woodford House, remarked, “It was lovely to enjoy the theatre!”
Home Manager, Rebecca Collins, commented, “It's good to be able to do something different as well as supporting the entertainment industry at this difficult time.”
