Today at
Elmwood House in Boston, which provides residential and nursing care, an Abba tribute band was welcomed into the home.
Dreambells, a local Abba Tribute band visited Elmwood House and performed some of Abba’s greatest hits. The Residents were overjoyed as they seem quite popular among them all and were up dancing and singing along with the music.
Colleagues and Residents enjoyed dressing up in Abba era clothes for the event, creating a nice atmosphere for the band to perform in.
Residents commented afterwards “I loved singing and dancing along with my favourite songs” and another said, “I really enjoyed it, it brought back so many memories”.
Tracey, the Home Manager said “It was a fantastic performance by Dreambells, and the Residents really seemed to enjoy it”.
