Today the Home Manager at
Abermill residential care and residential memory care home, near Caerphilly, received her long service award.
Christine Tipper was presented with the award by Area Director Caroline Price, both pictured. Staff and Residents all took the opportunity to express their thanks and there were some lovely comments.
Being at Abermill for 20 years, Christine started out as a Kitchen Assistant and worked her way up to being the home’s manager.
Residents commented that Christine is, “Marvellous,” and “Deserves the best.” They also sang ‘She’s a Jolly Good Fellow’.
Commenting, Christine said, “I would like to thank my Colleagues and area team for all of their hard work. Abermill are a dedicated team and I would be unable to do my job without their support.”
