Colleagues at HC One’s Llys Newydd care home have got the garden looking beautiful and all ready to welcome Relatives back to the home.
Colleagues at the Ammanford home were so happy to announce their garden had opened up to Relatives to visit their loved ones.
The home has a lovely gazebo area for Residents and Relatives to be seated under, and they are able to enjoy the lovely flowers in the garden whilst they catch up.
One of the Relatives commented “the garden is beautiful” and the Residents loved all of the colourful flowers. It has created the perfect setting for new happy memories to happen in.
