Arts and crafts at Ayr care homeResidents at HC-One’s Claremont care home in Ayr have been busy manifesting spring with some season themed arts and crafts.

With everyone at Claremont sick of the cold, wet and windy weather, Residents decided to encourage spring to finally appear with a dedicated arts and crafts session. Residents created beautiful cherry blossom art using paint and the bottom of a soft drink bottle to create the wonderful blossom effect.

Everyone was delighted with their finished piece and are looking forward to their next arts and crafts sessions where they will be making daffodils to continue the spring theme.

Claremont Home Manager, Catherine Potts said: “It is great to see our Residents exploring their creative side, all of the artwork is amazing.”
