Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s The Gardens care home enjoyed preparing for the start of Wimbledon this week by getting into the spirit of tennis.
Residents sat to enjoy some delicious home made Pimms whilst they spoke to Colleague, Jeremy, about everything tennis related as he is a member of his local tennis club and also a fan of Wimbledon itself.
Discussions were filled with who everyone thought would win the tournament and which players were their favourites overall.
The Gardens Home Manager commented: “It’s been lovely to chat to the Residents about Wimbledon, the Pimms was definitely a nice touch for everyone to enjoy also.”
