Colleagues at HC-One’s Elmwood House care home in Boston organised a coffee morning for Residents to bring them back to a bit of normality and raise some money for charity.
The Elmwood House coffee morning & afternoon every fortnight will aim to raise money for the homes Residents Comfort Fund.
There were plenty of various delicious cakes for which the Head Chef made and what staff brought in. All cakes are priced at 50p each, staff and Residents are all allowed to purchase from the shop and sit down with their treats and chat for a short while.
Residents found the first coffee morning very enjoyable and they can’t wait for the next one.
