Today at
Fosse Way View in Nottingham, which provides residential care, Residents and Colleagues celebrated their first internal inspection result, which was a ‘Good’ overall rating.
The celebration was to thank our Colleagues for all their hard work and commitment to allow Fosse Way to get this well-deserved result. The staff invited all the Residents to see if they would like to join in, and they all did.
Speaking to the Residents after, they said how much they enjoyed the prosecco and cake and said, “The staff deserve this, they are all so lovely”.
Liz Wood, the Home Manager had praised the staff by saying “I am so proud of my team and wanted them to know how much I appreciate the extra effort they put in”.
