The Glen care home, in Somerset, is currently undergoing a bit of a change, including the dining room which is going to be a visiting area.
The room has been completely re-painted as well as some lovely arts and craft butterfly decorations which are hanging from the ceiling. All ready for the visits in December.
Residents, including Hayley, Time, Joyce, June and Bill, all loved being involved and helping to renovate.
One said, “I painted to brighten up the room and it has been lovely to have so much positive feedback!”
Another Resident added, “We love the new room, we can’t wait for visits from our family members in there!”
