Residents at HC-One’s
Appleton Manor care home have been enjoying a keep fit session today.
Doreen, Eric and Eveline (all pictured) took part in a keep fit session with Burns Gym. The staff joined in too and encouraged Residents to take part.
Amy Robertson, Care Home Manager, remarked, “It’s brilliant because Residents like the interaction with the exercise staff and it’s such a positive atmosphere!”
