Colleagues at Hollymere House care home, in Haslington, have come together to take part in a community Christmas village trail.
The Wizard of Oz themed local Christmas village trail involved everything from munchkins to witches and Dorothy of course, which as what the home was asked to showcase. This annual event means that certain businesses around the community all dress the outdoors of their premises with a particular theme so everyone who walks by can admire the decorations.
Colleagues Katie Rigby and Michelle Wooding, organised the showcase and commented, “Residents loved the shiny red shows and looking out at the display.”
Home Manager, Alison Brown, remarked, “Many of our Residents are already asking about what we are doing for the next trail!”
