Colour coordination at Bredbury care homeNursing and residential memory care home Residents at Stockport’s Appleton Manor care home, have been outside taking part in colour coordination and hand exercises.

Two Residents joined in the eye, hand and finger coordination activity which was held by Wellbeing Coordinator, Sarah.

Dennis and Doreen, pictured, sorted out colour counter and clip pegs into bowls. As you can see from the photograph, both are deep in thought to where they are putting the buttons and pegs in the correct bowls.

Doreen commented, “I really enjoyed doing this, it helps keep my mind active.”

Sarah added, “I feel that this is a great way to help stimulate the Residents, and good for their wellbeing too.”
