Today at Priorslee House
in Telford, which will provide residential and residential memory care, Colleagues have been treated to a full meal by the kitchen staff.
In preparation of the home opening next week, Colleagues have enjoyed an afternoon of trying a three-course meal that will be on offer for Residents. Kevin, Daniel and Craig, three of the chefs at Priorslee have given them a full mealtime experience and an insight as to what Residents can expect come opening day.
Colleagues enjoyed a starter of a prawn cocktail or meat pâté, followed by a main dish of a Sunday roast dinner. Afterwards, a nice selection of cheeses with crackers, cinnamon swirls and doughnuts were available for them, if they could fit anymore in that is! Colleagues appeared to be delighted with the food that was provided. Praise was heaped onto the Head Chef Kevin, who has come up with some fantastic dishes for the home.
