Over the last few days at
Yew Trees residential memory care home, everyone has been having a blast with disco day birthdays and celebrating VJ day.
Maggie and Marjorie, who both live at the Dukinfield home, had birthdays which were celebrated over the weekend. Residents joined in dancing and listening to music, some even joined in with the karaoke. All of the Residents enjoyed themselves and the lights from the disco ball made it very calming and enjoyable.
For VJ Day, Colleagues decorated the conservatory and everyone enjoyed various cakes and drinks to celebrate.
It really has been a cause for celebration this week!
