HC-One’s Melbury Court care home in Durham presented Community Nurse Practitioner, Emma Noble with a gift to thank her for hard work and dedication to supporting the care home and the wider community.
Residents and team members at Melbury Court wanted to say a special thank you to Emma for working six days a week to ensure that members of the local community including those at Melbury Court received their COVID-19 vaccinations.
Emma has vaccinated all of the Residents at Melbury Court, with only three waiting for their second dose, she has also vaccinated 70 team members at the care home, with 51 of those having received their second dose. This is part of a wider effort to vaccinate the local community which Emma has played a vital part in the coordination and implementation of this process.
Melbury Court Home Manager, Hazel Southern said: “Everyone at Melbury Court is so grateful to Emma for her commitment to supporting our local community and those of us here at Melbury Court.”
Located on Old Dryburn Way, Melbury Court offers long term care packages for older ladies and gentleman that require residential care, nursing care and residential memory care, for those living with dementia.
