Residents and team members at HC-One’s Balcarres care home in Dundee enjoyed a fun-filled Easter Sunday on April 4th.
Everyone gathered in the lounge to watch a live stream of the home’s local church performing their Easter service, which would usually be attended by Residents before COVID-19 restrictions. Afterwards, Residents enjoyed an arts and crafts session where they made beautiful Easter bonnets and decorated eggs.
Later in the day Residents had a lovely lunch followed by lots of delicious Easter cupcakes prepared by the kitchen team. Some Residents decided to have some fun in the garden by rolling their Easter eggs down the garden to see who could roll their egg the furthest.
A great day was had by all, with Residents commenting on much they enjoyed celebrating Easter as a community.
