At Cheshire’s
Appleton Lodge residential care home, it was a very special day as the home welcomed back entertainers in the garden.
The Residents enjoyed sitting in the garden reminiscing and joining in with the music by Ian Jenkins and their very own Resident John Hill gave his rendition of “My Way” (see pictured) and there wasn’t a dry eye in the garden!
Gloria, who lives at Appleton Lodge, commented, “It’s so good to get out and do something different!”
Everyone enjoyed sitting in the garden and joining in with the music.
Kay Slinger, Care Home Manager, remarked, “It was really nice to see everyone enjoying a celebration especially after such a tough year.”
