Flower arranging fun in full bloom at London care homeResidents at HC-One’s Mornington Hall care home in Manor Park, London enjoyed a fun-filled flower arranging competition.

Everyone explored their creative side as they worked on making some blooming good flower displays, some even utilised the home’s garden by picking leaves and flowers from the grounds.

All of the finished displays were shop window worthy and all of the non-participating Residents admired all of the creations before announcing two lucky winners from each community within the home. Everyone gave a big round of applause to Eric who lives in the Cornwell community and Carol who lives in the Hamfrith community.

Mornington Hall Home Manager, Pervine King said: “Well done to all of our Residents for creating such beautiful flower displays, the winning bunches are now proudly displayed in our reception area and the rest are placed throughout the home which has brought such a lovely environment for everyone to enjoy.”

Located on Whitta Road, Mornington Hall care home offers short and long term care packages for older ladies and gentlemen in London that require residential, nursing or memory care for those living with dementia.
