Residents at HC-One’s Knowles Court care home in Holmewood, Bradford have enjoyed activities calendar throughout March and the start of April.
Throughout March Residents enjoyed a variety of activities including a Mother’s Day concert with a performance from ‘The Singing Sopranos’ on the big screen as well as arts and crafts sessions where Residents made salt dough Easter animals.
The ladies enjoyed a couple of pamper sessions where they had manicures and pedicures, they all enjoyed picking which colours to have their nails painted. While two Residents celebrated their birthdays with homemade cakes, cards, gifts and video calls with their loved ones.
One Resident commented: “What a busy month, there’s always something to and lots of fun to be had.”
Knowles Court Home Manager, Samantha Whinray said: “It is lovely that our Residents are able to take part in a variety of activities that are designed to stimulate both the body and mind to improve overall wellbeing.”
