Summerville care home, in Cheshire, is proud to have Kitchen Assistant Tracy Spindler on board who is doing something extra special with desserts
Tracy is doing everything she can to bolster appetites and she is definitely thinking of the people who have textured meals.
Tracy has made some delicious puddings and taken time to ensure they look as good as they taste.
“They say you eat with your eyes and these puddings look very appetising,” remarked one of the Residents
Sharon Singleton, Home Manager, commented, “Tracy takes time to think about the presentation of the meals and it shows in these lovely puddings.”
