Residents warmed up their vocal chords at HC-One’s Douglas View care home in Hamilton for a fun-filled karaoke party.
While COVID-19 restrictions have put a pause on parties for most, Residents at Douglas View enjoyed a socially distanced karaoke party, where everyone took turns singing their favourite hits from the swinging 60s.
Classics from Frank Sinatra, The Beatles and many more were heard throughout the care home during the party. Some Residents opted to join in with their own musical instruments too while others enjoyed listening to the music with a cup of tea and a slice of cake.
Douglas View Home Manager, Lyndsey Barnes said: “What a lovely day, everyone had so much fun and the smiles on their faces really said it all.”
