Peggy Diamond, a Resident at HC-One’s Chapel Level care home in Kirkcaldy enjoys offering a helping hand to the housekeeping team.
Having always enjoyed cleaning, Peggy often likes to participate in some of the jobs around the care home, including sweeping the floor and polishing the ornaments. Peggy said that doing bits of cleaning has always been something she finds relaxing, so was pleased that she is still able to help out even when she doesn’t need to.
Chapel Level Home Manager, Sarah Fowler said: “It’s lovely to see Peggy doing something she enjoys, the smile on her face when she is sweeping really says it all.”
