Residents at HC-One’s Sabourn Court care home in Leeds sent special messages to loved ones this Easter with homemade cards.
A group of Residents came together to create their Easter cards, the team played background music and prepared refreshments as Residents worked on their cards. Some shared stories of their favourite Easter traditions that they used to have with their families which brought smiles to everyone’s faces.
The finished card designs were beautiful and were sent out in time to arrive to their recipients in time for Easter Sunday. One Resident commented: “Homemade cards are so thoughtful and also very fun to make.”
Sabourn Court Home Manager, Susan Winterburn said: “I am so pleased our Residents enjoyed making their Easter cards, they all turned out really well.”
