Colleague Betty Murray has worked at
Westleigh Lodge nursing memory care home, in Lancashire, for 23 years and has recently retired.
Betty firstly worked as a carer and then later Betty changed her job role to the domestic team. All staff and residents celebrated Betty's last working with a party and the food went down very well!
Colleagues and Residents were very sad to see Betty leave. Dorothy, who lives at the home, commented that she really loved the flowers that Westleigh Lodge had brought Betty.
Christina Dale, Care Home Manager, said, “We are sad to see Betty leave Westleigh Lodge and wish her all the best in her retirement!”
