Merseyside Residents enjoy some live entertainment for Valentine’s DayResidents were treated to an incredible live performance for Valentine’s Day this year over at HC-One’s Fazakerley House in Prescot.

Love was in the air on Valentine’s morning as Residents wrote out little messages to their significant others, past and present, to remind themselves of how much they love them. The Residents swapped stories with one another about romantic moments in their lives, from their first dates, wedding day and raising their loving families.

After a morning of love and stories, the Residents were in for a treat when a local singer came to the home to perform. Everyone gathered in the lounge to watch the singer through the windows and listened to her beautiful love songs.

One Resident commented: “Can the singer come again one day? She was amazing!”

Residents clapped, sang and even danced along to the live window performance – a welcome event given the coronavirus pandemic.

Fazakerley House Home Manager, Veronica Francisco, said: “It was great to see the Residents who don’t usually get involved dancing and singing. They all looked so happy.”
