Northwich Care Home Enjoys Success in CQC ReportHC-One’s Daneside Court Care Home in Northwich, Cheshire is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). 

The team at Daneside Court were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents, demonstrating that the home is Safe, Effective, Responsive, and Well-Led.

The inspectors were full of praise for colleagues at Daneside Court, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. “Relatives told us that the service was well-run and transparent.” And “People and relatives told us that the staff team were knowledgeable about their needs and sought to prevent adverse health conditions developing further through prompt contact with other medical professionals.” 

Inspectors also commented on the positive views from colleagues and the communication between the home and relatives, “Staff considered that the registered manager was supportive and approachable. People told us that they knew who the registered manager was and they had regular contact with them.”

Daneside Court’ achievements reflect HC-One’s commitment to being the care provider of choice across its family of homes for individuals looking for the kindest care and support. To coincide with the ‘Good’ rating, some members of the team recently achieved their long-term service awards.
