Residents at HC One’s Alexandra care home have been making the most of any decent weather by spending lots of time in the garden.
Mickey, a Resident who has a room upstairs in the Nottingham care home, looked out of his window at the flowers a lot, so a carer asked if he would like to go for a walk to see them up close. Mickey was excited to go outdoors.
Once in the garden Mickey spent his time looking at the birds in the aviary and at the pretty flowers as he walked around the garden path.
Mickey commented “that flower is lovely duck.”
Mickey’s face was a picture looking at all of the flowers and enjoying the breeze from the wind in his face.
