Residents at HC-One’s The Gables care home in Peterborough enjoyed a typically Irish and fun-filled St Patricks Day.
During the morning, Residents and Colleagues, who assisted, painted Shamrocks and Irish artwork, to put up around the home to create a more Irish and colourful environment.
After dinner, Residents took part in an Irish dancing lesson. Residents gathered, socially distanced, in the homes lounge and danced to some classic Irish folk songs.
Jane Watkin, the homes wellbeing coordinator said: “Residents had great fun taking part in our St Patricks Day celebrations.”
