Snowball fight at Ilkeston care homeA Resident and Colleague have enjoyed playing in the snow and throwing snowballs at each other today at HC-One’s Ladywood care home in Kirk Hallam, Derbyshire.

Gus Razka, a Resident at the home, took great delight sitting by the window and watching Nursing Assistant Shell Harrison make a friendly snowman out in the garden.

But when she started throwing snowballs at the glass in front of him, his competitive side took over and he braved the cold outside to get his revenge by tossing snowballs back at her.

Gus said: “This is really good fun.”

Other Residents and Colleagues enjoyed seeing the pair have fun together in the snow as they watched on from the warmth inside.
