Residents are enjoying a day of games and Welsh treats as part of their St David’s Day celebrations at HC-One’s Hyde care home in Hyde, Greater Manchester.
They have enjoyed taking part in a Welsh-themed quiz, a tin can alley game and have had plenty of fun playing with colourful parachutes and balloons.
One Resident commented: “I’ve had a great time, I’ve really enjoyed myself.”
After playing lots of games in the decorated home, Residents snacked on traditional Welsh cakes and took part in a sing-a-long to their favourite tunes by Welsh artists.
Hyde Home Manager, Michelle Timperley, said: “It was good fun and lovely to see Residents and staff having a nice time.”
