Stirling care home celebrated for intergenerational workHC-One’s Forthbank care home in Kildean, Stirling was recently awarded an ‘outstanding contribution to international work’ certificate from Generations Working Together.

Forthbank was one of only five care homes to receive the intergenerational certificate from Generations Working Together, for their dedication to keeping Residents connected to all generations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

All of the Residents and team members at Forthbank were delighted to hear of the home’s achievement with one Resident commenting: “I have loved taking part in virtual community projects including Zoom calls with the younger generations.”

Forthbank Home Manager, Yvonne Graham said: “Well done to our incredible team at Forthbank for their hard work to maintain good intergenerational links throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.”
