One very devoted Colleague at
Silverwood residential and residential memory care home, in Rotherham, has just completed some very valuable training.
Sonnette, pictured, has completed her training with the local hospice. She is the end of life care champion at Silverwood and supports both Residents and Relatives to share their wishes to ensure a plan of care is in place at the difficult time.
Being very dedicated to her role, Sonnette works hard to eliminate the stigma of talking about end of life care and the training has helped her in this role.
Carrie Ann Davies, Care Home Manager, commented, “I am so proud of Sonnette for taking her role so seriously and working to develop herself to ensure our Residents receive the kindest care.”
