HC-One’s Hartford Court care home in Cramlington hosted a teddy bears picnic for Residents and team members to enjoy.
To raise some money for the Resident’s Comfort Fund, team members at Hartford Court wore their pyjamas to work and brought their favourite teddy bear with them. Residents enjoyed a picnic style lunch with some delicious cupcakes prepared by the kitchen team.
A name the bear competition was also arranged and raised £100 for the Resident’s Comfort Fund. A great time was had by all, with Residents commenting on much they enjoyed their teddy bears picnic.
Hartford Court Home Manager, Janice Bell said: “I am so pleased everyone had a good day, everyone was smiling and enjoying all of the teddy bears.”
