To celebrate the start of the 2021 Olympic games, HC-One’s Darnley Court care home in Glasgow hosted its very own selection of events for Residents to participate in.
The team arranged a special Olympic event with a variety of activities including hoopla, long throw and discus for Residents to compete in. Everyone enjoyed getting in the spirit of the day, the winner of each event received a medal and all participants enjoyed some cool refreshments.
A great time was had by all, with Resident’s commenting on how much fun they had taking part in their own Olympics.
Darnley Court Home Manager, Laura Scroogie said: “It was a fun-filled day here at Darnley Court, we are all excited to support team GB.”
