The Hyde residential care home, in Bridport, have been in for a treat this week as a new cat got its forever home!
A new therapy cat has been purchased for all the Residents to enjoy. It looks, feels and acts like a real cat and has been enjoyed by all Residents who collectively named it, “Lucky.”
One of the Residents remarked, “How lovely is our new cat?”
Everyone likes brushing and holding him.
Rebecca Dawe, Care Home Manager, said, “I enjoyed watching the Residents interact with our new pet. It was just beautiful.”
