Wigston care home welcome new wellbeing coordinatorColleagues and Residents at HC-One’s Magna Care Home in Wigston were delighted to welcome the homes new wellbeing coordinator on 30th April when she joined the home.

Lucy Kay, the homes new wellbeing coordinator joined the home at the end of April and on her first day she has spent her time getting to know the homes lovely Residents. Residents have been sharing their ideas and showing her around the home. 

Already they have developed a Residents committee and booked in their first meeting to discuss what they want their home to look like and how the staff can support their vision. 

The Residents are so excited for the activities and events that are to come and they loved having a new face to chat to.

Located close to the centre of Wigston in Leicestershire, Magna is a friendy, purpose-built care home with 36 beds, offering residential memory and nursing memory care, for those living with dementia.
