Residents at HC-One’s Rose Court care home in Radcliffe, Manchester explored their wine pallets with a special wine tasting session.
The team bought three different rose wines for Residents to sample, each wine was covered and Residents tasted each wine and scored them on which they liked the best, the wine each Resident picked was served to them with their evening meal.
The most popular wine was a summer berries flavour from Echo Falls, Residents enjoyed their wine tasting and said it was a lovely way to pick their accompanying drink for their meal.
Rose Court Home Manager, Karen Davies said: “It was a great idea to hold a wine tasting, our Residents loved getting to sample the options and picking their favourite, it is something we will do regularly at Rose Court from now on.”
