Colleagues and Residents enjoyed the organised Wednesday wave to send pictures and messages to their loved ones today.
Michelle Bibby and Nicola McGlynn, who both work at John Joseph Powell care home, in Preston, organised the event as an additional way of keeping in touch with families and friends. The task has brought quite a bit of enthusiasm and Residents can’t wait to do the Wednesday wave next week.
“It’s a lovely picture to send to my family,” one Resident commented.
Margaret Wright, Teresa Jones, Brenda Matthews and Jim Pendlebury, all pictured, enjoyed their wave.
Home Manager, Stephanie Molden, said, “We hope the families will enjoy seeing all the Wednesday Wave pictures.”
