Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s
Worsley Lodge residential care home, in Manchester, joined in with National Fitness Day today.
The music was played while Residents could be seen doing armchair exercises, balloon balance and working with stretch-bands.
A kurling session was also held with Residents, Colleagues and area Director, Jo Ashcroft. Everyone was a winner and they all had a good time and really enjoyed it.
Everyone enjoyed the exercises and looked forward to doing them. They are always finished with a sing-along.
One of the Residents commented, “This is a great activity, great for keeping fit!”
Home Manager, Anne Bannon, added, “This was a great interaction and team work...It was a lovely afternoon!”
