The team at Hartford Court were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents, and demonstrating that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.
The inspectors were full of praise for Colleagues at Hartford Court, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. This sentiment was echoed by Relatives, who made remarks such as “There is a core of staff that really make this place, they really do. So kind and willing” and “The staff have a caring ethos.”
One Resident additionally had kind words to say regarding the Maintenance Operative, in which they commented, “He's my hero, he came and helped sort out my room. He's smashing.”
