Summer tea party at Haven care homeResidents at HC-One’s Haven care home recently enjoyed an afternoon of fun as the home held a summer tea party in the garden.

A lovely afternoon was enjoyed by Residents and their Relatives as music from the 1950s and 60s was played by singer Rosie, with everyone getting up to dance and sing along to some of their favourite songs.

The home was delighted to also welcome local councillor, Job Harris, as he attended the event to celebrate alongside Residents and their families. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed getting involved with the event as they all danced together, with some children even getting involved.

Daryl Winsor, Home Manager, commented: “We have had such a fantastic afternoon filled with fun as we spent time in the garden with the sun shining. Everyone has enjoyed socialising together as the afternoon was spent laughing and dancing.”
